Service - what service!
Handed them my car for repair of a couple of panels.
8 days later pick up my car with central locking stuffed.
They "claim" it was like that on day 1.
Did they contact me about it immediately ? No
Did they ask me if it happened in the accident? No
Did they contact me on any of the 6 business days they had the car to give me a chance to have it fixed while the car just sat there? No
Did they contact me to let me know the car was ready? No

I found out about the problem AFTER I signed off on the paper work and then was told as they handed me the keys.
They handed me a defective car and washed their hands of it.

I guess customer service isn't necessary when you are the sole NRMA agent in town.
