I have lived in a small strata block of 3 units for nearly 9 years. For 7 of those years it was self-managed very, very poorly, to say the least. While it was up to me to actually prepare documents and go through the processes of attempted mediation and then having compulsory management appointed, Integrity Strata, Patti in particular, guided me as much as she could and encouraged my efforts to set things to rights. While matters in this block are still a work in progress, Patti and new staff member Kerry are always extremely helpful, have a good grasp of this rather unusual situation and always seem able produce calm when tempers become frayed. I would have absolutely no problem recommending Integrity Strata Management to anyone starting a new strata scheme or thinking of changing management companies.
